Why tasks belong in the calendar
A to-do list tells you what to do, but not when there is time for it. When tasks and meetings live in separate apps, it’s easy to plan more than fits into a day.
In Timo every task with a due date appears in the calendar, next to your meetings. You see how busy each day really is and can move things before they become late.
How the Google Calendar connection works
For accounts signed in with Google, Timo can show your upcoming Google Calendar events alongside your tasks. Timo only reads the calendar: it never adds, changes or deletes anything in Google Calendar.
If you signed up with e-mail and a password, the Timo calendar works fully on its own, with all your tasks and meetings.
Meetings that lead to action
Plan a meeting with a video link, take notes during it (or dictate them) and let AI turn the notes into a summary and proposed tasks. The tasks land straight in your calendar.

No. Timo has read-only access and only shows your upcoming events next to your tasks.
Can I use the calendar without Google?
Yes. The Timo calendar with tasks and meetings works for every account. Google Calendar events are available to accounts signed in with Google.
Which calendar views are there?
The calendar shows a whole month, with a list of everything planned for the day you pick. Your tasks can also be shown on a timeline.
Is it free?
Yes, during the beta every feature is free.
