Project management

Project management for small teams, without the complexity

A shared board, clear owners for every task, and the conversation right next to the work. Timo gives small teams what they need and leaves out the rest.

Teamwork

Together you achieve more

What you get

  • Kanban boards

Columns from to-do to done show progress and delays at a glance.

  • Clear ownership

Assign tasks to people in the project. Everyone knows what is theirs and by when.

  • Talk where you work

Comments on tasks, team chat and meetings with a video link, all in the same app.

  • Weekly AI reports

Progress, delays and who is overloaded, summarised every week.

Everything about the project in one place

Small teams often juggle a task app, a chat, a calendar and a doc for meeting notes. Timo puts them together, so you don’t have to ask “where did we write that down?”.

Invite people to a project by e-mail. They see its tasks, comments and files, and get notifications when something changes for them.

Built for how small teams really work

Timo is made for freelancers with clients, small companies and groups of friends or volunteers:

  • several projects at once, each with its own board
  • tasks with due dates, priorities, subtasks and attachments
  • meetings with notes (you can dictate them) and an AI summary
  • statistics showing what got done

Safe by default

Only people you invite can see a project. Each person can download their data or delete their account in Settings at any time.
